Get my priceWhat you're actually buying, and what it costs you.
Most agencies sell you hours and hope. Here is the outcome, the reason to believe it, how long it takes and how much of your week it eats.
A business that runs without you in it
Not a prettier website. The end state is the work happening on its own — orders routed, content published, reports written, customers answered — while you do something else.
We've already built this for ourselves
Every system we'd sell you is one we run in our own businesses first. You're not the experiment. You can read exactly how each one was built and, where it's public, go click on the live thing.
Live in weeks, not quarters
A site ships in 1–2 weeks. An application in 3–8. Automation is scoped in two-week blocks so something real is working before you've paid the second invoice.
One paragraph and two replies
No discovery phase, no requirements workshop, no account manager scheduling a call about a call. You describe the problem in plain language; we come back with scope and a fixed price.
Included on every engagement
- Fixed scope and fixed price, in writing, before work starts
- Whoever quotes it builds it — no handoff to a junior, no subcontractor you never meet
- SEO foundation and structured data on every page
- Analytics and lead capture wired in, not bolted on later
- A written runbook so your team can operate it without us
- Source code and accounts handed over at the end
The difference between a freelancer and an operator.
We don't hand over a repo and disappear. We've had to run the things we build — which changes what gets built.
You talk to the people writing the code
No account manager, no offshore relay, no telephone game. Whoever scopes your project builds it, and you have their email.
We've run these systems on our own money
The automation, storefronts and trading infrastructure in our portfolio aren't demos. They run our own businesses. We've paid for our mistakes already so you don't pay for them again.
Built to be owned, not rented
Your code, your repo, your domain, your accounts. No proprietary builder you can never leave and no hostage situation at renewal time.
AI where it pays, not where it's trendy
We'll tell you which parts of your business an LLM genuinely replaces and which parts it will quietly ruin. That answer is free.
Four steps. No mystery, no hourly meter.
The reason most people get burned hiring a developer is that they never know where the project stands. Here's exactly how this goes.
- 01
Free 3-minute project brief
You describe the problem in plain language, no call needed. We tell you straight whether software is the answer and what it costs. If it's not worth building, we'll say so.
- 02
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a written scope, a price and a date before anything starts. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice, no scope creep you pay for.
- 03
Build in the open
You see progress on a live URL as it happens, not at the end. Feedback goes in while it's cheap to change.
- 04
Launch and hand over
Deployed to your domain, monitored, documented. You own the code, the repo and the accounts — always.
Free · about 3 minutes · nothing to pay until you say yes
Three things you don't have to worry about.
You see it before you commit
You get the scope and the fixed price in writing before any work starts. If the number isn't right, you walk and it has cost you nothing.
Scope changes are approved, never billed
If the work grows, you approve the change and the new number first. You will never learn about extra cost from an invoice.
You own everything, always
Code, domain, accounts, documentation. No locked builder account, no hosting you can't leave, no retainer you can't cancel.
Fixed price. Told to you first.
Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, you approve the change — you never find out on an invoice.

The questions everyone asks.
Something not covered? Email us directly — you'll get a real answer, not a sales sequence.
How is this different from hiring on Fiverr or Upwork?
On a marketplace you're buying an hour of someone's attention and hoping. Here you get a fixed scope, a fixed price, a real architecture, and a team that has shipped and operated this exact kind of system for its own businesses. You also keep the code — a lot of cheap gigs hand you a locked builder account.
What does a project actually cost?
A straightforward site starts around $1,200. Custom applications start around $3,500 and scale with scope. Ongoing automation and growth work runs on a monthly retainer from $1,500. You get the number in writing before work begins.
How long does it take?
A marketing site is 1–2 weeks from materials. A custom application is 3–8 weeks depending on integrations. An AI automation is 2–4 weeks per workflow, so something real is working early. The exact date is in your proposal, and the clock starts when your materials arrive.
What do I pay, and when?
Nothing until you've read the written scope and price and said yes. On a one-time project, 50% books your place and starts the work and the balance is due at launch, not before. Monthly plans are billed a month in advance and cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Paying the deposit accepts the scope — there's no contract to print or sign.
What if I don't like what you build?
You see it on a live link as it's built, so feedback lands while it's cheap to change, and 2 rounds of revisions are already in the price of a site. Everything that's in and out of scope is written down before you pay, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
Do you work with people who aren't technical?
Most of our clients aren't. You don't need to know what a database is — that's the job you're paying for. We'll explain trade-offs in plain terms and give you a written runbook at the end.
Can you take over an existing site or app?
Yes. We do takeovers and rescues regularly — inherited codebases, half-finished builds, sites that got slow or stopped ranking. We'll audit it first and tell you honestly whether it's worth saving or cheaper to rebuild.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a support window. After that you can either run it yourself with the documentation provided, or keep us on a retainer. There's no lock-in either way.
Ready for a business that sells while you sleep?
Answer a few questions about what you need. You get a fixed price and a launch date in writing, and nothing is due until you've read it and said yes.
